Effective management of a hotel enterprise can be determined in the marketing aspect – the market position occupied or in the economic aspect – obtained profitability, which, in turn, translates into the value of the enterprise.

The use of certain logistics solutions and their implementation in the hotel management process may significantly increase the efficiency of this process. And this is partly what happens in many associated or independently operating hotels on the market.
Logistics in a hotel enterprise
The use of logistics seems to be very limited in the case of hotels operating independently. This is due to the small scale of operations, the small size of the enterprise and, above all, the lack of establishing logistics as the basic management criterion.
Forwarding share
Its scope includes organizing means of transport, preparing transport documentation and contracts, preparing cargo for transport and its insurance, as well as collecting the shipment (proper or clean forwarding). Forwarding activities also include additional tasks related to the movement of goods, e.g. delivery, reloading, loading.
